Enter your email address and we'll send you a six-digit code. Type it in and you're in. There's no password to remember. Codes expire after a few minutes, so if yours has, request a new one. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. You need to be 18 or over to have an account. The same account works on Android, iOS and at ibile.games.

Coins are bought with naira by topping up (1 Coin = ₦1, and bigger coin packs include bonus Coins). Use them for looks such as board, piece and card skins, themes, story chapters and whole seasons, and the premium Season Pass track. Cowries are earned, not bought. You get them from daily rewards, missions, winning matches, milestones and referrals, and you can spend them in the store, on back-catalogue chapters, to enter tournaments, or gift them to friends. Neither has cash value, and neither can be withdrawn.

Claim once a day from Home. Each day in a row pays more Cowries: 25, 40, 60, 90, 120, 160, then 200 on day 7, plus a 300-Cowrie bonus every seventh day. After day 7 you keep earning 200 a day. Reading counts towards your streak too. Miss one day and your streak survives. Miss more and it starts again, unless you hold a streak freeze from the store. The day resets at 00:00 WAT.

Every day at 00:00 WAT you get three new missions, across games and Stories: one to play, one to win and one to try something new. Finish one and claim its reward before midnight. Unclaimed rewards don't carry over. Your first win of each day also pays a 30-Cowrie bonus.

Stories is Ibile Hub's comics shelf. Read in the app, scrolling or turning pages, or at ibile.games. It's built for the phone: low-data mode is on by default, and you can download chapters you own to read offline. Follow a series and we'll tell you when a new chapter is out. Your place is saved, so you can start on your phone and carry on in the browser.

The first chapters of every series are free. After that, each series gives you one free chapter after every wait, usually about a day, and you can skip the wait with Coins. Older chapters can be unlocked with Cowries. Any locked chapter can be unlocked with Coins, and it's yours to keep. You can also buy a whole season for one price, which is less than buying chapter by chapter. If you're short, we offer to top up and buy in one step.

A sealed chapter shows as a “?” with a hint. It's one fixed chapter, the same for every reader, and the page says so before you unlock it with Coins, Cowries or Season Pass progress. A secret chapter is hidden until you solve a puzzle or find a clue, and some clues are hidden in games. Anything you pay for is fixed and shown up front. Anything left to chance is free.

Yes. Free chapters and chapters you own open in your browser at ibile.games, and your progress follows you between the app and the web. If a chapter is locked, you can top up and unlock it in one checkout. Games are played in the Android and iOS apps.

Each season runs for about six to eight weeks. You earn Season Pass points from matches, missions, chapters read and achievements. There's a free track, with Cowries, badges, a look and a tournament ticket, and a premium track you buy with Coins, with looks, chapter keys and an exclusive theme. Every reward is shown from the start and none is random. If you buy premium late, the premium rewards for the tiers you've already reached are granted straight away. Premium never gives Coins, Cowries or tickets.

A tournament puts a field of players into a bracket. You enter with Cowries, a ticket you've earned, or for free, depending on the tournament, but never with purchased Coins. When it's your turn, you play your match from the tournament page and the result moves the bracket along. Prizes are Cowries, looks and titles. Tournaments are looks only, with no power-ups.

You can send Cowries to anyone on your friends list. Each gift must be at least 50 Cowries, and you can give up to 500 Cowries in total per day. The limit resets at 00:00 WAT. Gifts are final once sent. Coins can't be gifted.

Each game has its own rating, starting at 1200. Ranked and tournament matches move it up when you win and down when you lose. Beating a stronger player gains you more, and losing to a weaker one costs more. Casual matches don't change your rating. Ranked matches are looks only, with no power-ups. Leaderboards show the top-rated players overall and among your friends.

Yes. An unfinished online game is saved and shows on Home with whose turn it is. Tap it to pick up where you left off. It stays saved until it's finished, resigned or it expires. If you don't want to continue, you can resign it from there. Resigning counts as a loss. Offline games against the computer can be continued from the game's Continue button.

Don't pay again. Payments sometimes take a few minutes to confirm. The app keeps re-checking a pending top-up, including after you reopen it, and credits your Coins once Paystack confirms the payment. If they still haven't arrived after an hour, email us with the payment reference from your Paystack receipt and we'll trace it. A payment that was taken but never credited will be credited or refunded.

In the Android and iOS apps you can pay with your app store or with Paystack. On the web, at ibile.games/wallet, you pay with Paystack, with a backup provider if it is unavailable. Pay in naira by card, bank transfer or USSD, choose a coin pack or enter your own amount on the web, and you'll see exactly how many Coins you'll get before you pay. We never see your full card number. Purchases are final, except where a charge failed, was duplicated or didn't credit. See our purchases and refunds page.

In Settings → Responsible play you can set top-up limits, a daily spending limit, a daily time reminder, or take a break for 7, 14 or 30 days. Spending limits cover chapters and everything else in your wallet, not just games. During a break you can't play matches, top up or spend. Tightening a setting works immediately. Loosening one takes 24 hours, and a break can't be ended early. See our responsible-play page.

Go to Settings → Account. Download my data emails you a copy of your profile, matches, ratings and transactions. It goes to your confirmed backup email, so add and confirm one there first. Delete account permanently erases your profile and signs you out on every device. We'll send a code to your sign-in email to confirm it's you. Deletion can't be undone, and any remaining balances and items are lost. See our privacy policy for what we keep and why.

No. Ibile Hub is for skill, stories and social play. There are no cash prizes, and Coins, Cowries and items can't be cashed out or withdrawn. Your reward for winning is Cowries, your rating and your place on the leaderboard.
